Trump Releases Plan To ‘Dismantle’ The American ‘Deep State’

President-elect Donald Trump has laid out a bold plan to “dismantle” the so-called “deep state” and reclaim American democracy from what he calls Washington’s “corruption.”

In a video message, Trump outlined a ten-point plan aimed at overhauling the federal government, particularly targeting national security and intelligence structures. Key elements of his plan include:

Reissuing his 2020 Executive Order to fire “rogue bureaucrats.”
Conducting a full review of intelligence and national security agencies to eliminate corruption.
Reforming the FISA courts to prevent misuse.
Establishing a “Truth and Reconciliation Commission” to uncover government wrongdoing.
Cracking down on government leaks.
Separating inspector generals’ offices from their departments.
Creating an independent auditing system for intelligence agencies.
Relocating many government jobs outside of Washington, D.C.
Ending the “revolving door” between government and private sector jobs.
Proposing a constitutional amendment for congressional term limits.

Trump is seeking support from those who share his views on the deep state’s influence on American democracy.
