Kurt Vogel Russell, an American actor, made his screen debut at the age of twelve in a western series. His performance in Mike Nichols’ “Silkwood” earned him a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actor in 1983. Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, Kurt is the son of artist Bing Russell and ballerina Louise Julia Russell.
Recent reports suggest that Kurt Russell is battling a severe health issue. According to The Globe, the 65-year-old actor from “The Hateful Eight” has developed painful ulcers under his lower lip due to Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome (PJS), a condition linked to a significantly increased risk of cancer, particularly in the colon. Reports indicate that individuals with PJS can have up to a 93% lifetime risk of developing cancer. Dr. Stuart Fischer, who is not treating Kurt, described these ulcers as “precancerous lesions that can become aggressive and dangerous if not treated immediately and properly.”
