CBS is under fire after controversially removing a celebration by Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers from its social media highlights. The celebration, widely seen as a nod to former President Donald Trump, sparked outrage from fans accusing the network of censorship and leftist bias.
The uproar began during Sunday’s game between the Raiders and the Miami Dolphins, where Bowers scored an impressive 23-yard touchdown in the third quarter. After breaking a tackle to reach the end zone, Bowers performed a celebratory dance that many recognized as inspired by Trump.

While the dance was aired live on CBS and included in the NFL’s social media posts, CBS’s own highlight reel conspicuously ended before the celebration, raising eyebrows.
Fans were quick to call out the omission, flooding X with criticism. “Cutting out the Trump dance celebration? Wow. This is why CBS is a joke,” one user wrote.
Another added, “CBS. This is why he won. You’re part of the problem. Review your code of ethics.”
The backlash adds to growing frustration among many who feel major media outlets like CBS are unwilling to fairly represent moments tied to Trump or his supporters. “The Trump dance is a worldwide phenomenon,” wrote one user, while another said, CBS is a “trash organization.”
The NFL, by contrast, included the celebration in its official social media posts.

Bowers’s stellar play—and bold celebration—stood out in an otherwise tough game for Las Vegas, as the Dolphins claimed a 34-19 victory. Miami quarterback Tua Tagovailoa’s three-touchdown performance secured the team’s second straight win.
