Trump Posts ‘I Hate Taylor Swift’ After Her Endorsement of Harris

Former President Trump took to Truth Social on Sunday to vent his frustration with pop icon Taylor Swift, declaring, “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!”

This outburst followed Swift’s recent endorsement of Vice President Harris after a debate between Harris and Trump. In an Instagram post, the “Bejeweled” singer praised Harris as a “steady-handed, gifted leader,” and emphasized her belief in achieving more through leadership rooted in calm rather than chaos.

At the MTV 2024 Video Music Awards (VMAs), held the night after the debate, Swift used her acceptance speech for “Video of the Year” to encourage voter registration, highlighting the importance of participating in the upcoming presidential election.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D) expressed his gratitude for Swift’s endorsement, calling it courageous and impactful in an interview on MSNBC.

Trump responded to Swift’s endorsement in an interview on “Fox & Friends,” dismissing her support as predictable and criticizing her for her political leanings. He suggested that her endorsement of Democrats would have consequences for her career.
